What to expect
A calm, guided session (in-person or online). You’ll be led through breath, somatic scanning, and focused imagery to re-educate the body’s stress patterns. You’re conscious the whole time, relaxed and in control.

Will I be unconscious?

Not at all. You’ll stay fully conscious, aware, and in control all through the process. Most people describe it as a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to the feeling right before sleep or while daydreaming. You can hear everything, respond if you want, and even open your eyes whenever you choose. It’s a partnership between your conscious awareness and your subconscious intelligence; nothing is done to you; it’s done with you.

How many sessions will I need?

Every individual and story is unique. Many notice meaningful changes within just one to three sessions, especially when focused on a clear goal. However, deeper or long-standing patterns, those woven through years of experience, may need a little more time and care. The process is designed to grow with you, helping each session build on the last, until you feel a sense of resolution, lightness, and renewed balance in both mind and body.

Does this replace medical care?
